Located in Ses Salines, this 392 m² house comfortably welcomes up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi ideal for video calls, TV with video on demand, washing machine, dryer, and a workspace. The new central heating system makes the house perfect for autumn, spring, and winter stays.
Step out into the private garden, covered terrace, open terrace, and 2 private balconies, all offering beautiful sea views. Relax in the private outdoor pool and prepare meals on the private barbecue.
For parking, you have access to 3 shared spaces on the property, 3 in the garage, and street parking. There is a shared electric car charger and shared bike storage. Smoking is allowed outdoors, and 1 small pet is welcome with prior notice to the host. Events are not permitted.
Important: The windows follow traditional Mediterranean style; bedrooms do not have mosquito nets.
