We arrived late to the property. I had responded to host about this arrival. When we arrived the bed sheets had lots of other people’s hairs in them. There was other people’s hair on the floor. The host was unable to be reached by me nor VRBO until the next morning. Once they responded they did actively work on improving our stay. They had a cleaner come out to replace all the bed sheets and re-clean all the floors. He stated that they were there the day before cleaning but apparently did not do a thorough job. Other than that the place was really great. Good sized pool in screen enclosure was great. Small playground, trampoline, and basketball hoop for the kids. I would return again but next time I’d request all new bed sheets prior to arrival.
