The Klem community provides a beautiful shared rooftop pool for guests to enjoy, in addition to an interior garden with a waterfall, a solarium, and an outdoor dining area. Don't forget to gaze out to the ocean from the rooftop!



Stroll around to check out the restaurants, shops, and bars in the immediate area–fun is just an easy walk away! This apartment is just two city blocks from the famous Fifth Avenue shopping district.
