The east-facing balcony offers a stunning view of Lübeck Bay. It is fully tiled and features a modern, newly furnished living-dining area with a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV, dining space for 4 people, and a kitchenette equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, espresso machine, egg cooker, dishwasher, and refrigerator. There is one bedroom with two upper windows facing the living area, featuring a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. The new bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hair dryer rounds out the amenities.
The building features a small wellness area with a sauna and a relaxation room. Guests can relax here free of charge on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. A washing machine, dryer, and a table tennis room are also available to guests. The parking space is located in the underground garage. Garage clearance height: 2.03 m, garage height: 2.08 m! One dog is welcome! Non-smoking apartment.
