A bit more about the space:
Recently purchased in 2025, the interior has been completely painted and includes new carpet on the stairs, upstairs hallway and in each bedroom. Most all of the furniture is new with exception of some treasured items that have been collected over the years. All bedroom furniture, including all the mattresses, are brand and top quality.
The kitchen includes all the essentials to make and eat your meals at home; however, we hope you take some time try the may culinary delights that Rehoboth Beach has to offer. Coffee makers include drip and k-cup type.
One of the two downstairs living spaces includes a large smart-TV. The dining table has seating for six (6) plus two seats at the breakfast bar in the kitchen.
Bedrooms and baths include linens and towels, pillows (four per bed), toilet paper, hair dryers, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Bedrooms are each equipped with speed adjustable ceiling fans and two of the three bedrooms have smart-TV's. Closets and cloth storage units are in each bedroom.
Exterior: NOTE - there are exterior security cameras in both the front and rear of the property.
The front patio has bistro seating and table for morning or afternoon relaxation. The rear patio has seating and a chaise lounge.
Two dedicated guest parking spots are available in front of the property in two numbered spots. Additional parking is in non-numbered parking spots across the parking lot.
Important things to note: Minimum age to rent is 25. Maximum number of guests is six (6). Pets are not allowed.
The property is smokefree and smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the property.
