Schönes Stadthaus

Die Lage ist zentral in Manacor, Ausstattung super. Die 4 Klimaanlagen sind super leise und effizient. Es ist aber wirklich wie beschrieben ein Stadthaus: Der Innehof mit Pool und Sitzbereich ist klein und gemütlich, mittags staut sich natürlich die Hitze. Für Ausflüge perfekt. Die Hausverwalterin Julia ist super nett und bei Fragen erreichbar.

perfecta, con cosillas a mejorar

Hemos pasado una semana en Mallorca, la casa es grande y espaciosa, perfecta para 6 personas, con aire acondicionado en todas las estancias (totalmente necesario dados los 40 grados de temperatura en la isla), bien equipada, moderna y confortable. decoracion al detalle, limpieza muy correcta, colchones cómodos, menaje de cocina perfecto para 6 personas, pero comentar que echamos en falta un simple microondas, un par de manteles/ hules para comer en la mesa exterior o interior, las sartenes se pegan por el desgaste y seria necesario renovarlas, la ducha de la planta baja está atascada y se salia el agua inundando todo el baño aunque te ducharas rápido, y el baño de la planta superior no tiene puerta ¿? con lo que dificulta tener intimidad para su uso y la nevera hace hielo y no enfria mucho... salvo estas cosas, que son perfectamente reconducibles, hemos estado muy a gusto, tienes tiendas cerca para comprar y al estar mas o menos en medio de la isla, te permite moverte para el norte y el sur y visitarlo todo.
