Holiday home in walking distance to the village centre, the port and the beach of Puerto Pollensa. Villa Paulina has a nice outdoor area with pool, pool deck and a pretty pergola.

Villa Paulina is within walking distance from the port, shopping facilities, restaurants and the beach. The vivid harbour of Pollensa has a long seafront promenade with splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor. It is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families.

The beautiful old town of Pollensa is at approximately 6 kilometres distance. The narrow cobbled alleys are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclers, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.

Villa Paulina is a sunny holiday home with comfortable and welcoming interiors. All on one floor there is a modern, fully fitted kitchen, a living/dining area with a wood burning stove, 3 well-sized bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms. 2 bedrooms are twin bedrooms, one of which has a bathroom en-suite. The third bedroom is fitted with a double bed. The living area has beautiful French doors, which are leading onto the terrace and the pool deck.

Air-conditioning is available in all bedrooms, running on a timer for approximately 6 hours per day/night.

Villa Paulina is located on a well-sized plot with pool, which is surrounded by a modern pool deck. To enjoy al fresco dining at its best, there is a pergola with a dining table and a brick-built BBQ, which is overlooking the pool.

Children are welcome. A cot and a highchair are available free on request.
