Your private English basement apartment offers a quiet, comfortable stay in a safe Richmond neighborhood, ideal for traveling professionals, students, or anyone needing a peaceful furnished space for an extended stay.

The apartment has its own private entrance at the back of the house, allowing guests to come and go easily. Inside, you’ll find a cozy living area with a TV and Apple TV, a dedicated workspace, a private bedroom with built-in shelves and a freestanding armoire, and a fully remodeled bathroom. The kitchenette is open to the living space and includes a refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig, hot plate, dishes, glassware, utensils, and basic cleaning supplies.

One of the most unique features of the apartment is the infrared sauna, offering an added sense of comfort and restoration during your stay.

Guests also have access to laundry for longer stays, coordinated in advance. Street parking is available directly in front of the house, with two convenient spaces typically available.
