Great location for the beach, golf cart was great and convenient. There was no ceiling fans in the bedrooms and and at night time it got hot in the master room,Other then that great place to stay!!

Tivoli 5227 was a clean, spacious, tastefully decorated rental. Location was convenient to the beach, and the golf cart allowed our family to travel around the resort, to the Wharf, and even to Publix. It was wonderful! The primary bedroom was large and even had an extra little room inside it that our grandson loved as his own. And the stairs at the front entrance were never an issue. The rental was perfect for our family of four adults and two little ones! Our only complaint was the blockage of our walkway to the beach due to construction cranes. Roof repairs were being done, which required us to detour and created a lengthy walk to the beach once we parked our golf cart. This was not a fault of the owners or the rental agency; however, the resort should have made easier accommodations for guests. Other than that (which was only a temporal issue and will be rectified once the construction is complete), we HIGHLY recommend the property and plan to make reservations for Tivoli 5227 again.
