This cosy 2-room apartment in Timmendorfer Strand is located on the 2nd floor, is accessible by lift, and measures 57 m²; it is ideally furnished for three adults.

From here, you can set out on bike rides along the coast, past the Brodten cliffs all the way to Travemünde, or inland to Lake Hemmelsdorf.
There is a lockable shed (No. 6) next to the apartment for your bikes.

The living room is bathed in natural light and features a sleeper sofa for one person.
An LCD TV, DVD player, and stereo system enhance the cosy atmosphere.

The open kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher and oven.

Just outside the entrance to the large northwest-facing corner balcony, you’ll find a dining table where you can enjoy the first rays of sunshine first thing in the morning. The short distance to the Baltic Sea invites you to take a dip before breakfast.

From the hallway, you can access the separate bedroom with a double bed and plenty of storage space.
This apartment features two shower rooms.
The first shower room is accessible from the hallway, and the second is accessible directly from the bedroom.
The underfloor heating creates a pleasant atmosphere, and the exterior roller shutters provide a sense of security.

A parking space is reserved for you.
A travel cot is included with the apartment.
