Das Grundstück endet direkt am Waldrand wo die Kinder bestimmt so manches Abenteuer erleben werden Die Zufahrtsstraße ist sehr ruhig und somit keine Gefahr. Die Erwachsenen können in dieser Zeit gemütlich im Garten sitzen und bei einem Glas Wein,( kleine Auswahl an Getränken und Knabbereien sind in der Wohnung für Sie bereitgestellt ) die Ruhe genießen.
Auch Ihr Haustier, das Sie auf Anfrage mitnehmen dürfen wird sich im Garten bestimmt gleich wie Zuhause fühlen.

Owner was a very nice lady who seems to be trying to do a good job, but IMO, this place should not be part of VRBO. It has caused me to re-think and double-check VRBO accomodations I am arranging for an Italy trip this coming September. Hopefully, this stay was an anomoly and not an indicator of something I should be concerned with. This place was very substandard for what I expected from VRBO...not a good location, beds were "OK", bathroom and shower were super cramped, unit smelled like a basement (mold or mildew suspected), killed several ants on the kitchen table and a roach in the bathroom. We both left sneezing. "Unit" was the lower level of a bldg that appeared to be part of an apartment complex, not exactly a "villa on the edge of a forest". We decided to quietly leave after first night and not request refund of remaining 2 nights and the local taxes we paid in cash on arrival. Sorry to report this, but you asked and I felt it necessary to explain was I said we did not enjoy our stay.

Einfach super

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt mit netter Gastgeberin und einem gemütlichen Appartement in toller Lage Nahe einer Strassenbahn-Haltestelle. Die Straßenbahn ist in einer halben Stunde in Innsbruck.

Gute Lage schnell in Innsbruck mit der Bahn

Die Betten waren sehr gut, soweit war auch alles sauber, positiv ist auch das Angebot an Getränke und Snacks. Das Bad ist winzig, was mich eigentlich nicht weiter stören würde, wenn es nicht so extrem unangenehm riechen würde. Wurde bereits in einer anderen Bewertung erwähnt. Für den Preis von etwa 130 Euro pro Nacht (inkl. Hund und Reinigung) hätte ich mehr erwartet, war wir in der Vergangenheit schon viele Ferienwohnungen mit einem besseren Standard zu einem günstigeren Preis gebucht haben. Preis-/Leistung stimmt für uns persönlich so nicht.
