The ocean view was awesome! Spent many hours on the balcony. Great location and quiet.Front desk personnel were warm and friendly. Easy check in and check out process. Laundry on premises. Parking is limited in front of the building but a large parking lot is conveniently located directly across the street. Luggage carts available but they have extensions on the top that keep you from rolling the cart into the condo. Sort of inconvenient if items are heavy. You are required to take your own trash out to the dumpster when you leave The property is dated. The sofa was stained, rug in living room frayed. Kitchen surfaces were clean, floor was not. Toilet and counter in bathroom were clean, floor was not. Bedroom was fine. Bed slept great. Suggestion: A good deep clean, baseboards painted, couch cleaned, replace rug in living room. Clean floor fan in master closet and replace the extra blankets in master closets that are worn out and tattered. A little TLC will make a huge difference.
