The newly renovated apartment is located in the “Viaggio degli Ulivi” residential complex, just a few kilometres from the city centre of Toscolano-Maderno. Thanks to its beautiful location in the hills, it offers a breathtaking view of Lake Garda.

The apartment is on the ground floor and features two gardens and access to the communal pool.
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and a large closet.
The second room serves as the living area, featuring a kitchen, dining table, and a double sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, refrigerator and freezer, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and essential cooking utensils.
The bathroom has a shower and a window. A hair dryer is available.
Additional amenities: iron, ironing board, drying rack, patio furniture (including 2 lounge chairs), heating, flat-screen TV with German channels, Wi-Fi.
There is a garage available for guests’ use. Please note that the driveway may not be suitable for all cars.

The apartment is in a quiet location and is an ideal starting point for activities such as biking, hiking, water sports, golf (the Bogliaco golf course is only about 2 km away), etc., or for day trips to the neighbouring towns of Saló and Limone. From Maderno, you can also take a boat across Lake Garda to popular destinations such as Bardolino, Lazise, Garda, Desenzano, Limone, and Sirmione. Toscolano-Maderno also features a sandy beach with lounge chairs and a boat rental service.
