Our spacious, light-filled apartment (88 m²) on the 2nd floor (no lift) of a two-family home invites you to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Enjoy the sunset with a view of the mountains from our south-facing balcony and relax on our lounge furniture, or make yourself comfortable in the stylish living-dining area. The apartment is the ideal starting point for exploring and enjoying the Lake Constance holiday region.

Great care was taken to use high-quality materials in the furnishings. The modern kitchen, equipped with brand-name appliances, features an induction cooktop, an oven, a large fridge-freezer, as well as a dishwasher and a microwave.
We also offer plenty of comfort in all other areas, such as a TV with internet access and Wi-Fi, as well as electric roller shutters in all rooms.

Located on a quiet side street, this non-smoking apartment offers ample space for 4 adults. A baby cot or children’s bed can be added at any time.
The master bedroom features a box-spring bed and has access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a pull-out bed (max. 160x200 cm).
The large, naturally lit bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a shower, and a washing machine.

The town centre is just a few hundred metres away, and the shore of Lake Constance is about 1.5 km away.
Two village stores are within walking distance, where you can stock up on regional fruits, vegetables, and dairy products. A bakery is also just a 2-minute walk away.

We offer a partially covered parking space for your car, where you can also park your bicycles.
Thanks to the key safe on site, late arrivals are no problem.
The visitor’s tax is billed separately and remitted to the municipality.
