The condo is beautifully renovated, wow-factor 10. But no hot water and the call box did not work, which was a problem for us. Communication with host was awful. Twice a repair of hot water held less than a day. 3rd repair got us through the weekend. The call box was never repaired to our knowledge.
We were in room 13 on the third. You need to be prepared to take the stairs, however, there is a small lift available should you need. This accommodation was clean and in a good location with some lovely restaurants around it and easy access to the Billa (grocery store) right across the street. The small balcony is nice, however, there is a ton of construction going on blocking your views and will be for some time. This did not affect our stay though and didn't really bother. We rented this place particularly as it had air conditioning, however, it was a struggle to get the place cool. We ended up having to close all the doors to the foyer area where the bathrooms were trying to contain cool within the bedroom and kitchen areas. We requested they shut off the infloor heating in the foyer and bathrooms but with no response except they were looking into it. Going into the shower and bathroom was like being in a sauna. Also would be a nice touch if they included some information on the area and what you could access (restaurants, groceries, attractions) and to also just include the basics such as salt, pepper, sugar and some coffee to get you through the first day at least. A plant or blanket or anything extra would really add warmth to the a very sterile decor. We were there for six nights and asked if we could get a couple more towels - no response. We also went and purchased more toilet paper. After having said all this, I would still stay there for the location
