The entrance and the staircase are shared by all residents of the building.

The 9th Vienna District is a calm living district with a lot's of parks and green areas.
It is the so called medicine quarter, since there is the Vienna medical university campus near by.
Take a walk through the nice little streets and enjoy the typical Vienna flair.
