House interior was nice. Exterior not so much. Primarily chose this for being pet friendly, but the outdoor space didn't meet my expectations. Was hoping that even though it was a "shared" backyard, it would still be fenced in for the townhome units as a whole.

While the property is pet friendly, the listing does not advertise a fenced yard, and the photos accurately reflect the shared outdoor space. Because this is a townhome within an HOA-managed community, individual homeowners are not permitted to install fencing around the shared grounds, so this is not a feature that can be added to the property. We understand that a fenced yard is an important consideration for many guests traveling with pets, and we always encourage reviewing the listing photos and amenities to ensure a property is the best fit for your needs. Looks were deceiving. Outside needed a little attention, but when you walked in that was another story. Lovely kitchen. All updated, ice maker, huge fridge! Living area nice, huge tv. Sofa a little hard, but doable! Two bedrooms upstairs. One full bathroom upstairs, but the other full was downstairs! Very clean townhome!Enjoyed the Sauna. Nice neighborhood, neighbors friendly.

Dog-friendly unit with convenient sliding door to small deck space that opens up to dog trails that run throughout the community. There’s a big tree dockside that your dog can be tethered to. Wi-Fi was great and could accommodate wfh.
