This 2-bedroom, 1-bath A-frame retreat comfortably sleeps up to six guests and is ideally located near the pool and tennis courts. Guests enjoy access to resort amenities including sandy beaches, three pools, sports courts, playgrounds, scenic ponds, and more.



The Space:

Chalet #74 features a classic A-frame layout with warm wood interiors and an open-concept living area designed for gathering. The living room flows into the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a wine cooler for added convenience, creating an easy setting for meals and downtime. Sliding doors lead to a bright screened porch, offering a relaxed setting to unwind with views of the surrounding grounds.



Upstairs, both bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged to accommodate families and groups, offering flexible sleeping options in a comfortable setting. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower is conveniently located on the main level.

Two dedicated parking spaces are included for easy arrivals and unloading. Please note that this home does not have a washer or dryer, though a nearby laundromat is available for guest use.

Guests have access to shared amenities that include three pools, tennis and pickleball courts, a playground, shuffleboard, a beach volleyball court, and quiet pond areas. The sandy shoreline is the heart of the property, with an easy walk from the chalets to the water in every season.



Situated along the serene shoreline of Stevensville, the Resort also places you within moments of Southwest Michigan’s most treasured experiences. Spend your days exploring golden Lake Michigan beaches, boutique wineries, craft breweries, and farm-to-table restaurants that define the region’s coastal charm. Nearby St. Joseph and New Buffalo offer vibrant shopping, galleries, and seasonal festivals, while local trails, nature preserves, and orchards invite peaceful outdoor adventures.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a safe and compliant stay, all guests are required to complete identity verification prior to check-in. A valid government-issued photo ID will be collected and verified, and the name on the ID must match the credit card used for payment. When applicable, a background screening may also be required as part of the booking process.



All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed-upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing vacation travel insurance if you suspect you may need to cancel your reservation.



The minimum age to rent this home is 25.



Pets are not allowed at this property.



A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party, up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.



Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.
