The property is on 98 so cross the street and you enter the beach at Pompano Joe's. It is on the 1st floor so no stairs and it is steps away from the pool. It is older but the owner has added trim that makes it feel cozy. The refrigerator needs painting due to rust on the front and several ceiling spots need paint but location location location. We were very satisfied.
