The holiday home: Son Cotoner is a spacious house that can accommodate up to eight people. With a total of four bedrooms and two bathrooms, this property is perfect for families or groups of friends. The house was newly built with high-quality materials and lovingly furnished to offer you maximum comfort.

Comfortable amenities: The modern kitchen is fully equipped and features a spacious dining area and a roomy pantry. The living room invites you to relax with comfortable sofas by the fireplace and an integrated dining area. From here, you can access the large, covered terrace, which offers a picturesque view of the garden and the 8x4 meter swimming pool. This terrace is a shady haven in the summer, perfect for spending relaxing hours.

The holiday home is also equipped with modern entertainment electronics, including a music system, a DVD player, German satellite television and Wi-Fi, so that you can stay well connected during your stay. Towels for the kitchen, bathroom, and pool/beach are also provided, so you don't have to worry about a thing. For families with small children, we are happy to provide a cot and highchair free of charge.

Beautiful Villa

So impressed with this villa and we would definitely stay again. Car hire is definitely needed to explore the island but the local supermarket (on the same road so two minute walk) has a great selection and there is fresh bread every day. The villa is huge! It is stunning and was clean and fresh on our arrival. The landlord is so friendly and gave us some great tips on where to go and where to eat. The pool area is stunning and we had so much fun as a family in it! It was a very hot heatwave and the house was still cool enough (as long as we kept the shutters closed during the day) and was comfortable to sleep in. Great kitchen with really good cooker. Looking to book again for next year!

Eine erholsame Zeit

Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Möbel und Ausstattung waren qualitativ hochwertig und das Vermieter Ehepaar war sehr bedacht darauf, dass wir uns vom ersten bis letzten Tag hier sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Vielen Dank!

A taste of rural Majorca

A spacious and lovely villa in a small quiet town. You will definitely need a vehicle if you want to go out and about but Ariany is quite a good location for the north side of the island. There is NO air con in the villa, we struggled to sleep in temperatures of 35 degrees even with fans. There are cockerels next door who wake up very early although they didn’t bother us too much. The pool was big enough for all 8 of us together and we had a lot of fun here. You need to make you’re own entertainment generally, the tv has no English speaking channels but we took our own speaker for music and playing cards. There is a washing machine and everything you need in the kitchen for a family of 8. The landlord was very friendly, meeting us at 3am and giving us lots of info. It would be good if they had an information book as you do forget things you’ve been told after a journey and a late night/early morning. Not the easiest place to find when you first get there as from the front of the property, there’s nothing obvious to distinguish it. Parking is outside the villa on the quiet road. If there was aircon we would definitely stay there again.

Wir sind mit 2 Familien im August dort gewesen und waren vom Haus begeistert. Das Haus entspricht exakt der Online-Beschreibung. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Das früher schon beschriebene Thema der Hühner in der Nachbarschaft war für uns eigentlich kein Problem. Allerdings ist bei Nutzung dieses Hauses aufgrund der Lage ein Mietwagen Pflicht.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la propriété, les photos sont tout à fait conformes à la maison. La propreté est irréprochable. La piscine est très agréable durant les fortes chaleurs de l été à Majorque. Nous recommandons cette maison et nous y reviendrons si nous revenons à Majorque! Merci aux propriétaires de leur accueil!

Beautiful house for a family gathering,

The property was spacious, had everything you need, it was a remotre village so you have to have your own transport. Less than an hour from Palma and Half an hour the opposite way to Alcudia. I would go slightly earlier in the year, although tghe weather for October was good the Pool water was very cold. Lovely accommodating people. Friendly locals!

Ein sehr schönes sauberes Haus mit einem tollen Pool. Willi und Maria als Vermieter waren sehr nett. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Der Ort ist ruhig - bis auf den morgendlichen Weckruf des Hahnes. Das Haus ist für 8 Personen ausgestattet und entspricht den Bildern. Der Garten ist schön grün und gepflegt. Der Pool ist am hinteren Teil tief, so dass wir nicht mehr stehen konnten, was wir sehr gut fanden. Insgesamt ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt. Danke und wir würden gern wieder kommen.

Geniale Unterkunft

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und schön. Mit allen welchen wir zu tun hatten waren sehr nett. Ariany ist ein kleines ruhiges Dorf, Es verfügt über zwei kleine Supermarkts. Die Hühner in der Nacht sind laut, aber uns hat es nicht gestört. Für Kinder hat es einen Hochstuhl sowie ein Kinderbett. Spielzeug sollte man mitnehmen, wenn dies erwünscht ist. Badehandtücher für den Pool sowie Duschhandtücher sind vorhanden. Der Strand Playa del Muro ist ca. 15 Autominuten entfernt und sehr empfehlenswert für Kinder.

Wunderbare Finca in sehr ruhigem Ort

Die Finca ist ein Hammer und die Bilder im Inserat versprechen nicht zu wenig. Es ist sehr sauber und Platz für 6 Leute ist auch genügend. Der Ort Aryani ist ein sehr ruhiger Ort, der zwei kleine Supermärkte und einen süßen Marktplatz enthält. Neben der Finca leben ein paar Hähne die Nachts anfangen zu krähen, was man aber mit ein paar Ohrstöpseln gut in den Griff bekommt. Mich persönlich hat es gar nicht gestört. Ich würde empfehlen ein Auto für die Urlaubszeit zu mieten , weil Aryani nicht in Strandnähe liegt und man für größere Einkäufe zum Aldi oder Lidl fahren muss. Zusammengefasst: Eine super schöne Finca in zentralerer Lage von wo man mit dem Auto viel erleben kann.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes und geräumiges Ferienhaus inmitten einer typisch mallorquinischen Gemeinde, etwa 20 Autominuten bis zum nächsten Strand. 200m bis zum kleinen Supermarkt um die Ecke. Alles ist exakt so, wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Sehr netter Vermieter, der einem zu Beginn des Urlaubs das Haus vorstellt. Einzig der Hahn aus der Nachbarschaft, der schon mal mitten in der Nacht loskrakeelt, ist ein kleiner Wermutstropfen. Wir haben den Urlaub trotzdem sehr genossen.

Schöne große Villa

Sehr saubere, liebevoll gepflegte Villa abseits des Massentourismus in einem netten kleinen Städtchen auf dem Land. Die Matratzen sind fest und bequem, nicht durchgelegen. Die Küchenutensilien sind gut durchdacht, von guter Qualität, auch die Pfannen und Messer. Geschirr ist in mehr als ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Alles ist sehr ordentlich und mit Sorgfalt ausgesucht. Auch der schöne Pool wird sehr gut gepflegt und gewartet. Unweit der Finca ( paar Minuten zu Fuß) befindet sich ein kleiner, sehr gut sortierter Supermarkt, in dem auch die Einheimischen einkaufen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und einen erholsamen Urlaub verbracht, trotz -oder wegen ;) so mancher nachtaktiver Tiere wie bellende Hunde oder krähende Hähne. Vielen Dank an die netten Vermieter!

Beautiful and spacious house.

Rented this house for one week with my family of six adults and three kids (one infant). The house was very spacious and beautiful, with a nice outdoor area and poolside. Would recommend others to rent a car, as the town has limited restaurants and supermarkets. It only takes about 10 min with a car to get to a larger town with shopping options. Overall we had a great holiday in this house, and the landlord we rented from was very nice and easy to get along with.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und wurde uns in einem sehr sauberen Zustand übergeben. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und sehr bemüht. Wir haben uns 14 Tage lang sehr wohl gefühlt. Auto zwingend notwendig! Das einzige was wirklich stört (für jemanden mit leichtem Schlaf)... die Hühner! Tagsüber hat man diese gar nicht so wahr genommen, aber dafür nachts! Die Kinder hats nicht gestört....

Tolles Haus, super Vermieter. Ganz tolle nette Leute. Das sehr gepflegte Haus bietet ausreichend Platz für 8 Leute. Für Geräusch empfindliche Menschen sind Nachbar Huhn und Hahn natürlich gewöhnungsbedürftig. Mich persönlich hat es nicht gestört, das empfindet aber jeder anders. Ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen 👍

Es war ein toller Urlaub in dieser Finca. Die Lage ist allerdings wirklich sehr ländlich und die Hähne krähen ab 4 Uhr morgens, aber die tolle und gepflegte Finca mit ihrer Super Ausstattung macht das locker wett.

Ein Traum!

Wir waren mit einem befreundet Pärchen für eine Woche in der Finca. Die Finca ist einfach super!! Sehr ruhig gelegen. Schön gepflegtes Haus und wunderschöne Außenanlagen. Der Vermieter war sehr sehr nett! Wir würden sie gerne immer wieder buchen.

Erholung pur in einem Traumhaus in schönem Dorf

Die Anzeige für dieses wunderschöne Ferienhaus hat nicht übertrieben und die Bilder sprechen auch für sich. Bei herrlichstem Wetter haben wir uns in diesem Haus wunderbar erholt. Wir wurden herzlichst vom deutschsprechenden Besitzer empfangen, seine Frau hat uns zur Begrüßung mit mallorquinischen Spezialitäten verwöhnt (nach der langen Reise ein absolutes Glück). Das Haus ist weitläufig, die Zimmer wunderschön eingerichtet und die Küche verführt zum Kochen der mallorquinischen Köstlichkeiten, die man auf den bunten Märkten oder im kleinen Supermarkt in der Nähe erstehen kann. Der blitzsaubere große Swimmingpool sorgt für Abkühlung und auf den Terrassen lässt es sich auch sehr schön sitzen. Man sollte das Dorfleben lieben, dh. der frühmorgentlichen Unterhaltung der Dorfhähne gerne lauschen, um dann wieder wohlig einzuschlafen... Die Menschen hier in Ariany sind überaus freundlich und aufgeschlossen, Spanischkenntnisse sind hier hilfreich. In nur 15 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto an der Bucht von Alcudia und wird von sauberen, weißen Sandstränden und karibischtürkisem Wasser überrascht. Wer ein Tropfsteinhöhle besuchen möchte, sollte zur Coves de Campanet fahren - man hat einen herrlichen Blick über das Tal und erlebt eine wunderschöne Tropfsteinhöhle ohne touristische Kitschbeleuchtung. Es ist nicht weit bis in die Berge oder auch bis in den malerischen Ort Pollenca. Da wir uns im Ferienhaus so wohl gefühlt haben, blieben noch einige Ausflugswünsche offen und wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt hier in der Villa Son Cotoner!

Wunderschöner Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus

Das Haus ist wirklich wunderschön, uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Es fehlte an nichts und es war Alles so, wie in der Beschreibung zu lesen. Wir waren mit insgesamt 3 Familien (6 Erw. und 2 Teenies 15 J./16 J.) dort und hatten ausreichend Platz für Alle. Einziger "Kritikpunkt" - wenn man es so nennen kann - wäre eine dritte Toilette, vielleicht außen. Aber auch das hat unseren Aufenthalt nicht gestört, bei der Anzahl von Leuten muss man dann einfach einen "Schlachtplan" entwerfen. Der kleine Spar-Laden in der Straße ist einfach nur zu empfehlen. Man bekommt dort alle notwendigen Lebensmittel und das auch nicht viel teurer als in den großen Supermärkten. Zum Geburtstag hat man uns dort so gar einen Kuchen gebacken... Das Restaurant auf dem Weg nach Can Picafort haben wir auch "getestet". Es ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert, alleine schon wegen dem wunderschönen Innenhof. Die Preise dort sind unschlagbar. Unser Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche sind nach 1 Woche getauscht worden, was wir sehr angenehm fanden. Wir würden dieses Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Es liegt etwas abseits des ganzen Trubels, trotzdem kann man die Strände und auch die größeren Supermärkte schnell erreichen. Erwähnen möchten wir noch, dass die fehlende Klimaanlage absolut kein Problem darstellt. Wir hatten in unseren 2 Wochen Urlaub teilweise 38 Grad. Man kann das Haus durch die großen Flügeltüren sehr gut lüften und somit hatten wir nachts immer angenehme Temperaturen.
