Da ich diese Wohnung seit vielen Jahren als Ferienwohnung nutze, kann ich mir ein Urteil darüber erlauben. Es wird auf Substanz vermietet. Die Terrasse habe ich schon vor drei Jahren angemahnt, dass sie gereinigt werden muss. Der Terrassentisch ist kaputt. Die Stühle in der Wohnung sind alle fleckig und abgewohnt. Weiterhin fehlte der Türgriff zur Terrasse, so dass man nur noch zwei andere Türen nutzen könnte. Auf die Mängelanzeige wurde schnell reagiert. Kaffeemaschine kaputt Wasserkocher kaputt! Wäschepaket mangelhaft. Ich werde daher nach sieben Jahren diese Wohnung für das nächste Jahr nicht mehr anmieten. Für 2100 € Kann man sicherlich erwarten, dass sich der Eigentümer um sein Eigentum kümmert. Schade! Die Anlage ist ansonsten traumhaft.

Wir fahren seit Jahren in die gleiche Ferienwohnung! Die Villa hat ihren Charme und ist sehr gut gelegen. Vor allem die Möglichkeit zu parken und die Ruhe sind hervorzuheben. Der Pool tut sein übriges. Wir haben schon für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht.

Man sollte der Terrasse ein wenig Pflege angedeihen lassen. Ansonsten gibt es keine Bemerkungen oder Mängel. Alles top! Mit freundlichen Grüßen Voß

Tolle Lage in parkähnlichem Komplex

Toll angelegte und gepflegte Anlage in Strand- und Innenstadtnähe. Pool war etwas zu kalt, aber das fühlt jeder anders. Die Hochwertigkeit der Anlage war auf jeden Fall überall sichtbar und ich würde wieder buchen.
