Der Dünenpark ist eine schöne Anlage in guter Lage. Jedoch war meine FW (Haus 36, 270) unsauber gereinigt (Esstisch, Essstühle verschmutzt, Küchenfronten verdreckt) und teilweise abgewohnt (Nachttische beschädigt, Geschirrspüler verrostet). Ich hatte an der Rezeption bescheid gegeben, doch es waren an diesem Nachmittag keine Reinigungskräfte mehr verfügbar. Ich wurde auf den Folgetag 10.00 Uhr vertröstet- es kam niemand. Da ich dann inzwischen selbst reinigte, nahm ich das hin. Reinigungsutensilien, wie Wischeimer, anderer Eimer, Kehrschaufel, Besen und Staubsauger standen im Schlafzimmer. Zudem ein großer Bürostuhl. Warum? Jedoch am schlimmsten war der Geruch nach Knoblauch bzw. versifften Textilien (Teppiche, Sofa). Sodass ich den großen WZ-Teppich auf die Terrasse verbannte und das Sofa reinigen musste. Das gab uns ein unwohles Gefühl. Zudem mehrere große Spinnen an der Decke, die nicht zuvor entfernt wurden + Spinnenweben am Schlafzimmerfenster. Diese Wohnung kann ich nicht weiterempfehlen. Schade für das Geld.
