Both bedrooms are designed with rest in mind. The queen bedroom offers a serene retreat with room‑darkening shades, a ceiling fan, dresser, and a large bifold closet—bright and welcoming during the day, peaceful and private at night. The king suite provides an even more spacious escape, complete with blackout shades, a ceiling fan, and a stylish dresser for a boutique‑hotel feel.

**Uber and Lyft** are widely available in this area and are a convenient option for reaching downtown, Manchester, Carytown, and nearby restaurants or nightlife.

Public transit is accessible through the **GRTC bus system**, with routes running along Hull Street and Semmes Avenue, just a short walk away. Guests can also bike around the area, especially when heading toward the riverfront or Manchester’s brewery district.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please read and understand the cancellation policy prior to booking. This policy is firm, and we will be upheld in the event of a cancellation. We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you have concerns that you may need to cancel your reservation for any reason.

PET POLICY: We are dog friendly and allow up to two dogs per stay for a $150 pet fee; we do not allow any other species of pet. This is non-negotiable.

UNFORESEEN ACTS OF NATURE: We are unable to issue refunds for events outside of our control exacted by natural forces, such as power or utility outages.

We have a strict dog only pet policy. There is a $150.00 pet fee and a maximum of two dogs allowed at the property. If you plan to bring your dog(s) along, please be sure it is included in your reservation at confirmation. Unauthorized pets at this property will result in a $100.00 reservation violation fee in addition to the standard $150.00 pet fee. Thank you in advance for both your compliance and understanding of our pet policies.

No smoking indoors. A $250 fee will be charged to guests after departure if evidence of smoking cigarettes or marijuana indoors is detected.

Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.

We do not provide laundry supplies.
