Der erste Eindruck von außen sah gegenüber den anderen Häusern ehr optimierungswürdig aus. Im Haus

Der erste Eindruck von außen sah gegenüber den anderen Häusern ehr optimierungswürdig aus. Im Haus hatten wir mit der scheinbar nicht aktuellen Technik Probleme. Die Durchlauferhitzer für die Badezimmer waren nicht in der Lage genügend warmes Wasser zu liefern. Der Fernseher war schon ein älteres Modell und musste erst eingestellt werden. Das ging erst nachdem wir eine funktionierende Fernbedienung gefunden hatten und Batterien ersetzt hatten.. Die Heizung sprang immer wieder auf Störung. Nachdem wir den Resetknopf mehrmals betätigt haben ging es dann wieder für eine gewisse Zeit. Der Service des Hausmeisters war top. Wir bekamen seine Nummer und er kam sogar nach seinem Feierabend vorbei. Er und sein Kollege (wir mussten ihn 3 mal anrufen) waren freundlich und haben die aufgetretenen Probleme zumindest für eine gewisse Zeit lösen können. Die Stühle um Esszimmer waren durchgesessen.

Schön aber mit Fehlern

Räume waren objektiv kleiner als nach den Bildern erwartet, Sauberkeit hatte Luft nach oben, Küchen-und Terrassenausstattung "mangelhaft". ( z.B. Stuhlauflagen nur für 3 anstatt für 6 Personen, Besteck, Geschirr und Gläser nicht für 6 Personen ausreichend).

Die Ortslage dieses Ferienhauses ist optimal und liegt genau zwischen Strand und dem Hafen in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Einige Beanstandungen betrafen die Sauberkeit, die veraltete Technik sowie umständliche Handhabung der Fernsehanlage und fehlende Gartenliegen. Die Stühle am Esstisch sind unbequem, indem man darin zu tief hinein versinkt. Trotzdem ist dieses Ferienhaus sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, der Küchenbereich umfangreich ausgestattet und wirkt gemütlich.
