Gut ausgestattetes Haus mit modernem Feeling, jedoch kleineren Macken bei der Benutzung (Haustür schließt schlecht aufgrund schiefer Fliesen, Rollo im Kinderzimmer defekt, dadurch stickige und heisse Luft, nur 1 Tür im wohn-/Essbereich zu lüften) und dem genauerem Hinsehen.
