Summary:

Aspen Oasis is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in Trappeur's Crossing Resort with something rare: your own private courtyard with a hot tub and fire pit. It sleeps 7, has air conditioning and a reserved garage spot, and includes full access to the resort's pools, hot tubs, fitness center and tennis courts. The free resort shuttle runs to the slopes all winter.



The Space:

This single-level condo opens onto a private courtyard with its own hot tub and fire pit. Inside are a cozy living room with a fireplace and sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area.



Bedrooms (sleeps 7):

- Primary bedroom: King bed

- Second bedroom: Queen bed and bunk bed

- Living room: Sofa bed



Also: two full bathrooms, air conditioning, washer and dryer, a foosball table and game console, a ski locker in the garage, and toys and books for kids.



Guest Access:

You'll have the whole condo to yourselves, with a private entrance through the garage and the courtyard gate. Before arrival we'll send instructions for picking up your fobs at the Trappeur's front entryway. Your fobs open the building, the garage and all the Trappeur's Crossing resort amenities: indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, tennis courts and BBQ areas. You have one reserved spot in the Aspen Lodge garage, labeled 4110 Aspen.



The Neighborhood:

Trappeur's Crossing is a full-service resort on the mountain side of Steamboat, a few blocks from the gondola and Steamboat Resort's base area, with its restaurants, shops and events. In summer, the resort is close to hiking and mountain biking trails, and downtown Steamboat's restaurants, shops and the Yampa River are about 10 minutes away by car or shuttle.



Getting Around:

The free resort shuttle runs a loop to the ski base all winter and can be called for rides downtown and to the grocery store; request rides in the "RG Shuttle" app. The gondola is about a 10 to 15 minute walk. If you're driving, park in the resort garage with your parking pass on the dashboard. Accessible parking is available in the resort garage.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.



Trappeur's Crossing is a resort with full-time residents, so please respect quiet hours (9 PM to 9 AM).



Please leave all fobs on the kitchen table when you check out; lost fobs are $25 each to replace.
