Welcome to our spacious and renovated 1st floor condo in Surfside Beach offering 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths. Located less than 2.5 miles from Surfside beach and pier. Within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants and gas stations.

Minutes away from Highway 707, Highway 17 bypass & Highway 17 business, making this location very accessible to the Myrtle Beach airport, the Grand Strand area, Market Commons, Broadway at the Beach, Garden City, Murrell's Inlet, Pawley's Island, numerous golf courses, and many other Myrtle Beach attractions.

LIVING SPACE:
With being on the first floor, it is very convenient to come & go. The living room, dining room, Carolina room, and fully equipped kitchen comprise of an open concept layout. The unit stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning.

There is a patio door off the Carolina room that leads out to the pond. The Carolina room has a reading nook and a counter height table to be used as a workspace, game table, or as a dining table that overlooks the pond.

The living room has comfortable seating for conversation and to watch tv. The free wifi password is provided at check-in.

A full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, and refrigerator make for easy cleaning and meal prep for a worry free getaway. And, let's not forget the fully stocked coffee bar to start your mornings!

The dining area seats 6, with additional seating at the breakfast bar and Carolina room. A highchair is available for use and is stored in the Carolina room closet.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES:
There is a beautiful pool with ample seating just steps away from the unit. One pool access key is supplied for the unit. Pool and beach toys are stored in the Carolina room closet. There is a shared grill and picnic table for use, as well as a common green space at the end of the complex to play games, throw a frisbee/ball, chase bubbles, or just run around.

PARKING & ACCESS:
Guests will be given the keypad code the day of check-in.
Parking is free and is limited to 2 spots. Spots are not labeled.
