Inside, you’ll find designer furnishings, brand-new bathrooms, and a fully refreshed interior designed for comfort and style. The spacious layout offers multiple living areas, a large dining space for shared meals, and a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances including a refrigerator, oven, stove, and dishwasher—perfect for preparing everything from casual breakfasts to family dinners.

The home sleeps guests comfortably across four king bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, and a dedicated bunk room, making it ideal for extended families or groups traveling together.

Step outside to enjoy your own private outdoor retreat. Beginning in June, the property will feature a brand-new heated pool, hot tub, and fully designed outdoor living space. The backyard also includes a large deck and patio with comfortable seating and a gas grill, perfect for outdoor dining, relaxing evenings, and sunny afternoons by the pool.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
