Are you looking forward to a special and relaxing holiday on the Baltic Sea? Welcome to Landhaus 1884 in Beiershagen on the Saaler Bodden. This end-of-row holiday home offers all-around holiday comfort across two levels, a modern and sophisticated living concept, and a sunny private garden with a large terrace and views of the beautiful natural surroundings. Bicycles and water sports equipment can be stored safely in your own lockable shed. A wallbox is available for our guests with electric cars. A well-behaved dog (medium-sized or smaller) is welcome in the holiday home. The property is fully fenced, and nature is right on your doorstep. You can’t get any closer to the sea…



The bays of the Baltic Sea and the Bodden feature a variety of small natural swimming spots and meadows along the shores. The Recknitz Valley, shaped by the Ice Age, offers a striking scenic contrast to the flat coastal landscape. The Bodden landscape is criss-crossed by many hills and features vast meadows, pastures, fields, and forests. Here, guests will find peace, quiet, and a uniquely beautiful experience of nature. The flora and fauna in this nature and landscape conservation area can be explored via the well-developed bike paths, on a hike, or from a paddleboat.



For water sports enthusiasts, the Bodden area around the Saaler Bodden is a highly prized spot. The area is perfect for both beginner and advanced surfers and kitesurfers. Surf lessons and equipment can be booked with local providers or even before your arrival. There’s a small beach on the Bodden, just 2 km away, that’s ideal for children.



In the spring and fall, the Bodden region is home to migrating and resting cranes. A uniquely beautiful natural spectacle cherished by birdwatchers and nature lovers alike.

Landhaus 1884:

A modern and stylishly furnished terrace house with 85 square metres of living space, a spacious sun terrace, and a separate, enclosed, and fenced-in garden. Spanning two levels, the house offers plenty of space for a relaxing Baltic Sea holiday and captivates with its charming blend of modern comfort and stylish antique pieces.

Ground Floor: Here you’ll find the separate, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for relaxed cooking and dining in the holiday home. The high-quality furnishings include a dining table, dishwasher, 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, mixer, plenty of dishes and glasses, as well as numerous kitchen utensils.
The cosy living area offers a magnificent, unobstructed view of nature and the garden. From here, guests have direct access to the quiet terrace and the surrounding greenery. A dining table, grill, and lounge chairs are available for guests’ use. The garden area is enclosed by a 1-meter-high wooden picket fence.
The living area is equipped with a flat-screen Smart TV (Netflix and Magenta TV), a Bluetooth speaker, a dining table, and a cosy sitting area with a leather couch and armchairs. A colourful collection of games and a fine selection of books also provide entertainment during your holiday.
Furthermore, the ground floor features a comfortably designed, ground-level bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and washing machine.



Upstairs: Guests reach the upper floor via a staircase (0.75 m wide). There are 2 bedrooms here. Bedroom 1 features a double bed (1.80 m x 2 m), a wardrobe, and a small workspace with an armchair; Bedroom 2 features two single beds (1 m x 2 m) and a wardrobe. All beds are equipped with high-quality box springs and mattresses.

On the property: 2 parking spaces, lockable wooden shed (for 2 bicycles or water sports equipment). EV charging station.



Pets: 1 well-trained, house-trained dog of up to medium size is welcome (pets are limited to dogs). Cost: 10 euros/night.
IMPORTANT! If you bring your dog, it must be registered in advance and the fee paid. You can add this dog fee by selecting the option during booking.



For families: A cot and high chair are available. The cot costs 30 euros per stay, including bedding and linens.
