Amazing View Penthouse with Heating

The best view north of Cape Town! This is a private apartment in B Block in the secure Dolphin Beach Estate.
The adjacent hotel also hosts the Blowfish restaurant.

The living room faces due South - which makes for an incredible view of Table Mountain.

An aircon/heat system keeps you comfortable. Additional electric and gas heaters are available.
We are directly on the ocean. Enjoy strolls on the beach or in the beautiful garden.

The stairs to the upstairs on-suite bedroom are of travertine stone. Therefore, the apartment is not suitable for small children.

The beds are South African king size (183 x 188 cm) with firm mattresses (the upstairs one a bit harder).

The skylights in the bedrooms have blinds. Please move them up and down carefully.
The window in the upstairs bedroom has no curtains at all. We like the undisturbed view of the ocean and table mountain.

The kitchen has all the amenities you could need and we have a battery back up system in case Eskom is failing us again.
There is also a washing machine available. A dryer is in the other building block and operates with coins.

No parties. No noise after 10pm.

We’ve got 1 bin for household refuse,
1 bin for “Mixed Recycling”.
You find the bins in the underground garage, on the ocean side. The recycling station is towards the left (South) garage parking.
There are also refuse bins at the recycling station for larger amounts of cardboard and glass bottles.
