Enjoy this beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 baths, second floor condo located in St. Augustine Ocean and Racquet. Only a short walk to the beach with a large, relaxing outdoor Jacuzzi. You get the amenities of the resort, including two pools, tennis courts, and fishing ponds.

The private patio faces southeast for maximum sun exposure. The unit has updated furniture and appliances, including dishwasher, microwave, New 50' flat screen TV, double stainless steel sink, coffee maker, and a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The kitchen table seats four. The condo has a playpen and high chair.

The condo has two TVs, including a 55”HD TV w/cable in the living room with a ceiling fans and plenty of closet space in the unit.

The master suite contains a king size bed, TV, ceiling fan, and private full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is complete with a full bed, twin bunk beds and dresser. The second bath also contains a tub/shower combo.

There is additional seating in the living room for your comfort. There is even a wet bar. The condo sleeps six. Come enjoy this condo for a wonderful vacation!

At St. Augustine Ocean and Racquet, you're just minutes from historic downtown St. Augustine, and less than a 2 hours drive from Disney World and all the other Orlando attractions. The Intracoastal Waterway is very close with hiking trails through a nature preserve and plenty of opportunities for sailing, canoeing, and kayaking. If you like shopping or casual and fine dining, you've come to the right place.
