Ocean & Racquet Condominium - For your enjoyment, our condominium complex also includes: 2 outdoor pools (1 heated in the winter), 5 hot tubs, tennis courts, shuffleboard, pickle ball, bocce, grill area with a covered pavilion, direct beach access and 24-hour Courtesy Service Officers. A large clubhouse with outside deck is also available to rent for meetings, reunions and weddings.
Some things to know before you arrive at St. Augustine Ocean and Racquet Oceanfront Resort: No pets, no bike riding on the property, no boats, trailers, RVs, campers, motor-homes, maximum 2 vehicles with signage.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn't work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).
Primary renter must be present on all bookings.
There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.
* No boats, RV's/campers, conversion vans, jet skis, or trailers may be parked or stored overnight. Vehicles will be towed.
Guests cannot receive mail or packages to the property, please reach out and we can coordinate an alternate delivery address, if necessary.
