Welcome to this fantastic villa, in a hilly area overlooking Lake Montepulciano. You will reach this exclusive house after a 2 km drive along a gravel road. It has a total of 14 beds and can therefore accommodate a large group of friends, families or a party.

The property is surrounded by a large garden, swimming pool and barbecue area. Enjoy the magical atmosphere between hills, vineyards, lakes and fantastic sunsets. A touch of luxury wafts through the accommodation, which is nevertheless homely and cozy.

There are several options for dining inside and out. Try some Italian cuisine at home or visit the villages in the area around Lake Trasimeno to indulge yourself.
