Sunny 2BR Condo in Gated Community for 2 months - Pets OK
Enjoy your summer in the peace and serenity of the gated Heavenly Mountain Community.
This sunny, large condo features a MBR suite, a second bedroom amd an additional room for study or office. Amenities include an outdoor pool, tennis court, fitness center, central AC, one-floor living, and gas cooking. It's only a 16 minute drive to CVS in Boone but yet totally away from all hustle and bustle. A dog is allowed, but must be under 40lbs.
This is not built as a weekend get-away, but is a fully equipped home with 1450 sq. ft.. The rental is for a 2 month stay - July and August.
