Could not ask for anything more.. very clean great location.. the surrounding neighborhood is quiet and maintained all so...Bonus was the hot tub after a lond day at the Derby.Would definitely recommend this place and will definitely stay here again on our travels back this way

The Rickhouse is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom bourbon-themed retreat featuring an open floor plan with a connected kitchen, dining, and living area. The primary bedroom and en-suite bath are accessed from the living room, while the two additional bedrooms and second bathroom are situated on the opposite side of the home for added privacy.
Off the kitchen, you'll find a wooden deck and grilling area, with a six-person hot tub below — surrounded by string lights for those perfect Kentucky evenings. The backyard is fully fenced, making it ideal for your four-legged friends to roam freely. A private driveway accommodates up to three sedan or SUV-sized vehicles.
