Very quiet and serene. It’s a crime-free environment. My property is close to shopping centers and parks. It is just few miles away from NorthSide Hospital Gwinnett, Piedmont Urgent Care, Restaurants and Banks. About half a mile to 316 HWY, University of Georgia, Georgia Gwinnett College, etc.

What makes this property unique

This is stand-alone property with large spaces. It is free of noise from human and vehicular traffic. Perfect to hang out with loved ones.
