About this property

Great apartment with terrace for max. 4 people near the beach and harbor

This 45 m² holiday apartment, located near the beach on the ground floor (semi-basement level), is suitable for a holiday with up to four people. Private parking is available right next to the building.

The apartment features a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, an open, modern kitchenette, and a cosy living area with a sofa that doubles as a bed for two people (the living room and bedroom both have real windows!). Upon request, we’ll be happy to provide a cot and a high chair free of charge.

Enjoy your time in the guest garden with a grill and a garden shed. Handcarts are available free of charge, subject to availability. Guests may also use the sauna in the Solaris apartment building.

You’re welcome to bring your dog to this apartment.


Complex:

Living at “Königshöhe” is a delight—the holiday apartments are located in Haffkamp near the marina, within walking distance of the beach and the promenade. Each apartment has a balcony or its own terrace. A parking space in front of the building is reserved for you.
A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use for a fee.

You can relax wonderfully in the spacious guest garden, which features a grill, a garden shed with a TV, and a trampoline.
Handcarts are available subject to availability. You are welcome to rent bicycles for a small fee from the bike rental service at Haus Solaris. Please contact the bike rental service directly: Thorsten Giersch, 0170-7852766. For bikes you bring with you, there is a shared storage room in the basement.

We provide a cot and high chair free of charge upon request.

The sauna in the Solaris apartment building is available for our guests to use.

Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten mal in der Wohnung und kommen gerne ein drittes mal wieder. Die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt und ist für uns in einer super Lage. Der Strand ist schnell zu erreichen und auch um mit dem Hund spazieren zu gehen hat man es auf die Felder in wenigen Schritten geschafft. Die Wohnung ist sauber das Personal freundlich und alles funktioniert wunderbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt, die Küche beinhaltet alles was man braucht. Auch mit der kleinen Terrasse war das Frühstück morgens wunderbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Unsere Kinder planen schon für das nächste Jahr . Der Strand ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen und zum spazieren mit dem Hund am Morgen sind die Felder in der Nähe super schön. Die Mitarbeiter im Büro waren sehr freundlich und es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Danke für die tollen Tage in der Unterkunft
