Very nicely appointed cozy apartment (in a house with a 2nd apartment on lower level), located within walking distance of the bike trail and downtown Export, which offered coffee shops, restaurants and bars. King bed very comfy and air conditioning was excellent (temps were in mid 90s while we were there). The only caution is that the property is not well suited for anyone with mobility issues, as steps were involved to get down to the property and upstairs to our unit. We had no issues with this. All in all a very enjoyable stay.
