Fantastic place to stay. Clean and plenty of space for our sisters weekend. We plan to make it a yearly meet up spot and would stay in this home again.

Location was great for us. Very nice stay at this property. 3 nice size rooms with a queen beds. Very clean and well kept home. We will def be back when in the area!
Was there to drop our oldest off to College. Got in early to hang out before and this place was great. Lots of space and in a great central neighborhood
The house was great for us to meet up with other out of town family members and be close to family members in Pittsburgh. We had a great time and the house worked very well for us.

Empty space/great location
Kitchen isn't for cooking, no kettle, no lids for pots if you just reheat food or keep food in the frig. This kitchen is for you / not great for very young children.

From the owner: "Hi Mary, thanks for sharing your feedback! The listing does not indicate that there is a kettle, but we do provide an Instant Pot, a coffee maker, along with plenty of plates, cutlery, and pots and pans. However, there are no Tupperware containers, and some pots do not have lids. We are sorry you had difficulty with that, and we hope you enjoyed your stay overall."
Clean property. Nice walk ability. Street parking never an issue. Close to downtown. Enjoyed it.

We loved staying at this property while in town for a family wedding. Everyone from my father and mother in law to our 6 year old nephew had a wonderful time and a comfortable stay. Lots of parks and playgrounds around for the little ones; beautiful cafes, delightful bakeries, and an a natural foods co-op, all within walking distance. Neighbors so welcoming and friendly, too. Thank you to the hosts!
The property has everything we needed for our stay. It was very clean and nicely put together. It was home for a couple of days for my family (with our 2 dogs). It is a short walk to Frick park which our dogs enjoyed. The neighborhood is quiet with ample side walks for walking around. Should be visit Pittsburgh in the future, this property is going to be our first choice.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The first floor is open enough to be be making a (Thanksgiving) meal and interact with the ones in the living room. Ample of street parking. A fabulous French bakery only two minutes walking. A large park—with trails and CLAY tennis courts—8 min away. Lots of cute shops within walking distance.

Great location, charming place
The place was clean and comfortable. Easy drive or bus ride to downtown, about 15-20 minutes depending on traffic/time of day. The house is older, as are many in the Pittsburgh area, which means a lot of creaking floorboards, so come mentally prepared that you will not be able to tiptoe to the bathroom at night without making noise. Quiet at night. The road dead ends, so not a lot of traffic passing by.
Overall, this was a good stay for the price. My only complaint is that the upstairs bedroom was very very cold... We had to buy a heater to warm up at bedtime. It was an expense that we didn't plan on making but my kids were cold.
I also did not love that check out was so early. Having twins makes everything I do take so much longer and ten is very early. But otherwise, it was a great stay! Clean and neighborhood was nice. I will definitely be back !! Thank you!!!
The only issue we had was that, when we arrive, the electricity had been shut off to the property due to non-payment. Speaking to the property manager, this was not the first time the electricity had been shut off. After an hour of scrambling to figure out if we could stay there, the electricity was restored.
On the map, this does not look like a great area. But it is. There are three cafes within a short walking distance, and it's obvious from the lineups and people walking around that this is a vibrant, diverse, and welcoming community. You are also a short walk to Frick Park and places to eat along Braddock.

To start, this would have been a 3/4 star review with the Wifi issues I will describe. The house was clean in a quiet section of the east end of Pittsburgh, easy to get to all areas of the city. Beds and towels were comfy and of good quality but furniture and wash cloths need updating. Also, 3rd bed room is in the attic with its own A/C so if you are arriving in the evening in the summer time (which we did) you’ll need a couple of hours for it to cool down enough for someone to sleep there. Our stay was Weds June 11 thru Sun June 15. In the listing there are instructions for using the house wifi. When we arrived the wifi was out. I contacted the owner and she said Xfinity was having service issues and it would be fixed (hopefully) that night. We were traveling with our college age sons who love sports so no wifi means no TV - as this house only had a smart TV for streaming- so no US Open golf, no NBA finals, no Stanley Cup. So, long story short - for the duration of our 4 day stay - we had no wifi. We basically had to take all our downtime outside the house. Both host and Evolve team blamed Xfinity and said it was out of their control. They gave me empty platitudes about “making it right” or “ensuring a 5 star experience”. By Saturday I checked with Xfinity directly and there were no services outages at the house or in the area. So, someone was not being completely honest. I’ve inquired about a partial refund and rec’d no resolution. Rent elsewhere if you can.
Kitchen was fully stocked. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean. Nice neighborhood near frick park and several coffee shops and bakeries. Easy street parking. Nice fenced in yard for our pup. Thanks for sharing your space.
