Wir hatten es mit einem schlichtweg mysteriösen WLAN-Problem zu tun: Die Verbindung im Funknetz zwischen zwei Geräten brach immer wieder plötzlich ab. Oder es wurde plötzlich angezeigt, dass überhaupt keine Internetverbindung hergestellt wird. Ein Gerät (Smartphone) kam trotz mehrfacher Versuche nicht ins Internet. Mit viel Mühe und ihrer Kompetenz haben uns die Mitarbeiter vorbildlich gezeigt, wie Probleme gelöst werden können. Innerhalb kürzester Zeit wurde uns mit vollem Einsatz eine Lösung präsentiert.Dafür herzlichen Dank.
