Dear Marisol, Thank you very much for your nice review! Fina and the Bookiply team would be very happy to welcome you again!

Hello Fernando. Thank you for your review, we are happy to hear that you felt well cared for during your stay. The decor is as can be seen in the photographs. We feel that it is in keeping with the property and the surroundings. We are saddened it wasn´t to your taste. The comfort of beds & mattresses is a matter of personal preference. As some guests prefer harder mattresses over softer and vice versa, it is impossible to cater to everyone's tastes. The bedding is replaced on a regular basis to ensure it is always in good condition and the property host, Fina is always on hand to help if needed. We note your comments regarding the tv channels. As we have guests from many different countries, it is sadly impossible to cater for everyone with tv channels in their language. We truly hope this didn´t bother you too much. Your feedback is helpful to us as it helps us to further improve our services, and we hope we can welcome you to a Bookiply property again soon. Fina and the Bookiply Team.
