The Space:

Discover the perfect blend of comfort and style in our open-concept main level lake house. The spacious layout features a galley kitchen equipped with modern appliances and ample counter space, seamlessly connecting to the dining area and bright living room, where cozy gatherings are encouraged. Enjoy the convenience of a walk-in pantry and a stylish wine fridge, perfect for entertaining.



The main level also offers a full bathroom complete with a luxurious walk-in shower, alongside a half bath that includes laundry facilities for added convenience.



Ascend to the second level, where you'll find a serene master bedroom featuring a dedicated workstation and direct access to a covered deck, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Accommodating multiple guests, three additional bedrooms—each with two comfortable beds—provide ample sleeping arrangements.



The hallway boasts a reading area and loungers. Two full walk washrooms with walk-in showers, catering to everyone's needs.



The upstairs covered deck offers exercise equipment and sitting area.



Outside is where most days will be spent. Two barbecues are available; propane & charcoal grill. A large additional fridge is outside suitable for holding beverages and fresh groceries.

Ample lounging area for relaxing.

Wood burning sauna requires guests to start a fire, in order to reach high temperatures adding wood to heat up is required. Hot tub is electric and set for immediate use.



Two area to access the lake; one area is sandy off from the play structure. Great for young children. Swimming off the sun deck is great for plungers; ladder is available. Otter Lake is clean and there are no weeds in the swimming areas.

Guest Access:

Guests may use the entire property. It is not shared.

Please note it is in a cottage area and neighbours are on each side. The area is heavily wooded for privacy.
