Per HOA policy, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, check in, and stay the entire time. IDs may be checked, and guests under 25 will not be permitted to check in. Thank you for your understanding—we look forward to hosting you!

🚗 Parking Information:

Parking is $37 per vehicle per stay. Parking fees are paid directly to the HOA after booking and are in addition to any fees collected by Signature Destinations LLC.

Fantastic accommodations and great location!

Sugar Beach C11 was a fantastic destination. The location is on the “slower side” of PCB, but you’ll still find everything you need. The condo is in a gated community and is easily accessible. There is a shopping complex next door including a liquor store which doubles as a bar, ice cream parlor, pizza joint, and surf shop. There is also a fuel station across the street. As soon as you enter the condo, you’re welcomed with fresh clean scents, warm vibes and fantastic views from the living room. There are two full bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There is also a sofa-bed if needed. The master bedroom has a door out to the shared balcony. There is a full sized fridge, dishwasher and range with anything you could need in the kitchen. There is also a combo washer/dryer. Overall, couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
