This bright, single-story home features an open-concept layout with a comfortable living room, two large sofas, and a mounted TV-ideal for movie nights or unwinding after a long day. The space flows into a dining area with seating for 8, plus a cozy wood-burning fireplace that creates the perfect atmosphere for cooler evenings.

The fully updated kitchen includes modern appliances, ample counter space, and a large island with bar seating for 4. A dedicated coffee station with both drip and single-serve options makes mornings easy.

Sleeping arrangements are designed with comfort in mind:
• Primary bedroom: king bed, en-suite bathroom, dresser, and TV
• Second bedroom: queen bed, dresser, TV, and closet
• Third bedroom: two twin beds, small dresser, and closet (no TV)

A bonus flex room offers a queen sleeper sofa and a selection of board games and puzzles—great for kids or extra guests.

NO SMOKING
Smoking inside the home is prohibited. This includes using tobacco, marijuana,
e-cigarettes, and other substances. Guests may smoke outside only. Please
dispose of cigarette butts properly and keep the outdoor areas clean. Evidence
inside the home may result in an additional cleaning fee.

NO PARTIES
Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed. Only registered guests are
permitted at the property unless prior approval is given.

NO OVERNIGHT GUESTS
For safety and insurance purposes, only guests included in the reservation are
permitted to stay overnight.

RESPECT QUIET HOURS
Guests should keep noise at a minimum between 10 pm to 7 am. We appreciate
your consideration of our neighbors.

PET POLICY
Pets are not permitted at the property.

SECURITY EQUIPMENT
Please refrain from altering or removing any security or monitoring equipment
that has been dully authorized and disclosed.

DAMAGES
Please report any damages that occur to the guest contact. Please treat our home with care and leave it in similar condition as check-in. Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in unsatisfactory condition. Excessive mess, stained linens, or damage beyond normal use may result in additional cleaning or replacement fees.
