located on marina property you will have a nice view of the bay off Sandy Pond. Close to the beach. Close to many snowmobile trails. Cross country trails and many more winter activities . The pond and Lake offer opportunities for ice fishing. Comes with a boat slip in the summer or available boat rentals. There are also many restaurants in the local area. Oswego 12 miles away has many attractions if you have little ones.

Guest access
have access to the whole house except for basement and attic. Can enter when you arrive with a lock box.

Other things to note
House has everything you'll need for your stay. Kitchen is fully equipped. Towels, extra pillows, blankets are all provided. Assorted toys are in the house if you have children. Board games, cards, books, WiFi. There is also a pack n play, high chair, and swing if you have an infant. Crib is also available upon request. House was very clean, comfy beds, excellent kitchen, spacious bathroom. Great communication with host plus she brought us Keurig coffee pods! There were only two things that I feel would improve for others down the road. Main bathroom should have grab bar for safety getting in and out of bathtub and rug in one bedroom was all wavy and very unsafe for anyone.(it did not lay flat over other rug) I am super sensitive to safety because of back issues so I do notice things like this. But, these tips and for safety to all.
