This is a beautiful home and property surrounded by a pine forest and was exactly as advertised. The house was well decorated with all the necessary kitchen appliances, dishes, utensils, etc. There were four of us, all adults, that came from out of state to attend a wedding at the Spruce Mountain Ranch, and spent three nights here. It is truly a hilltop hide away. We were a seven to eight minute drive from a commercial area of Monument Colorado that had a Safeway, gas stations and multiple restaurants and about a four minute drive to Highway 25 using County Line Road. We would definitely stay here again. Wonderful place!

Johan’s home is beautiful - exactly as pictured and better. The home was immaculately cleaned, the beds comfy, the design elegant and stylish, the setting so peaceful and the hot tub was such a nice way to end our evening. They thought of details that I wouldn’t necessarily think I needed and was so appreciative to find easily - laundry, a notepad and pen, scissors, beach towels for the hot tub, side tables with charging ports, dual heating controls, a bottle of wine! It was the perfect place for me, my husband and cousins to stay to celebrate our niece’s wedding in Monument. Johan was so kind and responsive and made everything really easy. I even had an Amazon package delivered without issue. I loved it! We arrived a little too early for check in so Johan suggested the short walk up the street to see Elephant Rock which was super cool. Favorite moments were in the quiet morning on the porch by myself with the birds singing and deer walking by. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home. If I find my way back to Monument I will definitely check availability for your place!!!

This is a phenomenal vacation property. The house is beautiful inside and out. I loved decor throughout. It's calm and stylish, with a jewel of a powder room. The primary bed was extremely comfortable. The main bath shower is lovely and spacious. The stackable washer & dryer were easy to us. I appreciated the laundry soap pods and dryer sheets being provided. The kitchen had everything you could want or need for an extended stay (we were there for two weeks). The dual Keurig was a nice touch, especially with K-cups provided. I liked having an analogy clock on the kitchen wall as well as a digital clock. The thermostat instructions were clear and easy to use. The TV downstairs was awesome, super clear resolution. The lights on the driveway were spot on when we came home after dark. As retirees, we travel fairly often, staying in Vrbo properties, and this house is by far the best we've experienced. Highly recommend.
