Tudo saiu dentro do combinado, o Fabio foi muito atencioso, esclareceu todas as dúvidas. O imóvel é bom, próximo da praia, o centro está perto. Fomos com crianças e pessoas de idade e todos se divertiram na piscina, que estava limpa. A casa é bem arejada, espaçosa muito boa. Recomendo para famílias...

Minha familia e eu adoramos passar uma temporada no litoral todo ano,e no início desse ano fomos para Ithanhém ,casa pertencente ao Sr.Fábio Scomparim. Sobre a casa: Muito Ampla,ótima localização ,próximo ao centro,da pra ir andando,em ótimo estado,piscina bem cuidada,eletros domésticos em bom estado,móveis conservados,contém tudo que está na discrição ,bem próxima a praia,casa com um bom sistema de segurança,vizinhança tranquila,acomodou perfeitamente toda minha familia. sobre o proprietário:muito educado,atencioso,e disposto a esclarecer dúvidas ,só temos a agradecer por toda atenção que foi dada a nós . sobre o piscineiro: muito boa pessoa,também educado,atencioso,e zela muito bem pela casa e pela piscina. Minha família é grande,composta por idosos e crianças de várias idades,adolescente à bebê ,e todos ficaram muitos satisfeitos. Recomendamos a famílias ,com idosos,crianças,jovens e adolescentes,tb com animais domésticos. Pretendemos voltar sempre que possível ! E mais uma vez obrigada ao Sr.Fábio Scomparim

Espaçosa, ventilada e bem localizada!

Imóvel segue a descrição do anúncio quanto as sua acomodações e localização, porém, tenho algumas ressalvas referentes a alguns ítens, tais como: - piscina: embora não seja muito grande, é de bom grado, bem cuidada (o piscineiro passa rotineiramente no imóvel para realizar a manutenção) além de ser uma excelente opção para quem possui crianças ou por infelicidade do destino viaja em dias não propícios para passeios na praia, o único adendo fica por conta da não existencia de um ítem fundamental: a escada, pessoas de idade avançada ou crianças muito pequenas teem extrema dificuldades para entrar e sair. - Geladeira: seu tamanho não é compatível com o número de pessoas acomodadas pela casa, tornando difícil a conservação de produtos perecíveis e bebidas. Ventilador: embora a casa tenha um pé direito alto e diversas janelas, seria de bom grado a instalação de ventiladores de teto ao menos nos quartos. Fora estas observações, afirmo que trata-se de um excelente imóvel para locação, tanto já a recomendei para diversas pessoas. Proprietário sempre disponível para esclarecimento de dúvidas e suporte, bem próxima a praia, mercados, bancos e tantos outros departamentos comerciais, recomendadíssimo!
