•We are a 4 Bed 3 Bedroom Family/Pet friendly home perfect for Solos, Couples, Family’s, Military,Healthcare, Travelers etc!
The space
•3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms along with a spacious back patio!
3rd bed room is a bunk bed homemade for any extra guests!
•As a park as the neighbor the house sits on a beautiful view of Yuma valley with the sunrise & sunset being the best view!
•As a guest you also have access to our Neighborhood Pool & Canal for running/walking! We offer a Gas Fire Pit, Mini Grill & A table with chairs in the back patio!
•Perfect home for Military + Healthcare
Military base is 15 mins drive
Hospital is 5-7 mins drive

•Entrance from the Front Door or Garage
•Self Check-In with a keypad on the right side of the house.
•Ask Host for garage details

•As a Pet Friendly Home we clean the house thoroughly for all pet hair every stay! Be wary that you may find pet hair in the house rarely as it’s very hard to get rid of 100%
•Ask host about Pool Key, Fire Pit, etc
