Booking was easy and the property was enormous! Check-in was smooth and the property was clean. The A/C appeared to be working hard but did not budge much over the course of the day into the night so we did contact the host. They got an AC tech over in a matter of hours who was able to diagnose and fix the AC. Not only did they fix the issue but they were messaging me to check on me/the group. Also, the property is in a gated/secured area so it felt very safe. The host also called me on day of check-out to ensure we had a good experience and for feedback and we appreciated that! Would definitely recommend to my friends and family for future vacations!
