This 120-square-meter, 4-room holiday apartment is located on the quiet outskirts of Friedrichshafen in a multi-family building on the 3rd floor (no lift). From throughout the apartment and the spacious balcony, you’ll enjoy a stunning view across Lake Constance all the way to the Swiss and Austrian Alps.<br><br>Secure parking is available right next to the building, and public parking is also available across the street—we also offer an underground parking space for 10 euros per night (reservation required).<br><br>Good bus service (bus stop 50 m away) and within walking distance of the Lake Constance shore (Graf-Zeppelin-Haus, 19 minutes) and the Friedrichshafen beach (13 minutes). It’s a 10-minute drive to the Friedrichshafen Trade Fair and Bodensee Airport Friedrichshafen.<br>Ideal for MTU employees, as the plant is within walking distance.<br><br>It’s a 15-minute walk or a 3-minute drive to MTU Friedrichshafen GmbH.<br><br>We also manage a second apartment in the building called “DACHTERRASSE.” If you’d like to bring more guests, you can book this apartment subject to availability.<br><br>The 120-square-meter holiday apartment features 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a spacious living area with a sitting area, dining area, and a large balcony with views of the lake and mountains. It is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Friedrichshafen on Lake Constance. A separate kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, fridge-freezer, fully automatic coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.<br>The master bedroom features a 180-cm double bed, which can also be converted into two single beds. A large built-in closet offers plenty of storage space.<br>Another bedroom features a 1.20-meter comfortable single bed with an electric slatted frame, which could also accommodate two children up to 10 years old. The sleeper sofa in this room accommodates one to two additional people.<br>The third bedroom, also featuring a 1.20-meter comfort single bed with an electric slatted frame, additionally offers another TV and an exercise bike.
